No Cash Refunds:
We stand by the quality and value of our services and products. Please note that KetoDiets.Pk does not offer cash refunds once a package has been purchased.
Transfer of Package:
We understand that circumstances change. If you find yourself unable to continue with your selected meal plan, you have the option to transfer your package to another person. This transfer must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please contact our customer service team to facilitate the transfer.
No Skipping Meals:
Your meal plan is a critical part of your keto journey. As such, skipping meals is not permitted. This includes postponing meals to the following day or week. If you believe your meal plan needs to be adjusted, please reach out to us for approval before making any changes.
